Samuel “Sam” G. Garman is a 1997 graduate of Richmond High School, a 2001 graduate of Kalamazoo College, and a 2005 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. He has recently returned to the Richmond area after working in the family law department at a national law firm’s Bethesda, Maryland, office for several years. His experience in the Washington, D.C., area also extended to commercial litigation, antitrust law, lobbying, and even (while studying for the Maryland bar exam) work as a process server. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Sam’s youth in Richmond preceded the completion of the Cardinal Greenway, and he looks forward to trying to make it all the way to Muncie on his bike. He also looks forward to supporting the vibrant cultural arts community of Richmond, a community to which he owes a great deal.
